This session, offers guided support in creating and understanding your altar. It begins with a light history lesson on the transformative power of altars and their ability to profoundly impact your life. You’ll gain insight into the importance and background of altar tool placement, learn how to create and bless altar tools, and explore proper altar etiquette. The session also focuses on teaching you how to connect with the energy of your altar and cultivate the mindset needed to design future altars, whether for ancestral veneration, your inner child, or a specific intention. To deepen your experience, a guided meditation and energy work session are included to provide your body and spirit with a fresh start on this sacred journey.
